Our principles of quality policy as expressed in the Quality Assurance System and applied in Intertrade Hellas SA. is:<\/p>\n\u2022 Identifying and meeting customer requirements

\nThe company’s quality system, which has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the ISO-9001: 2015 standard, aims at continuous improvement which is achieved by setting goals related to improving the quality of the product and improving the company’s operations. The goals are set by the management on an annual basis and are monitored systematically.\n

\n\tQuality Control Department\n\t<\/h3>\n\tFor Intertrade, the quality approach is a continuous, permanent and strictly defined process that ensures the long-term presence of our company.
\nThe company’s quality system, which has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the ISO-9001: 2015 standard, aims at continuous improvement which is achieved by setting goals related to improving the quality of the product and improving the company’s operations. The goals are set by the management on an annual basis and are monitored systematically.\n\t

The Quality Control Department of our Company includes a universal control system for both raw materials and packaging materials as well as for the finished product with a fully equipped laboratory. Specifically:<\/p>\n\t\t\tDaily inspections\n\t\t

  • Performs daily inspections of finished products directly from production units<\/li>
  • Carries out laboratory quality tests of raw materials with advanced technology machines<\/li>
  • Manages, records and processes consumer complaints<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\tQuality\n\t\t\n

    • Checks product specifications daily<\/li>\n
    • It is constantly updated and monitors the laws concerning the products and the industry of the company<\/li>\n
    • It verifies every year the machines of the laboratory thus ensuring the quality and safe efficiency of their use<\/li>\n
    • Undertakes non-compliances of second materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\tProduction Process\n\t\t\n

      • We make sure that the working environment is suitable for the Company’s activities and in accordance with the legal requirements<\/li>\n
      • We monitor the hygiene and safety conditions of the product and check to avoid contamination<\/li>\n
